The time it was Friday Favorites {8}

Posted January 13, 2017 by Stacee in Friday Favorites | 3 Comments

Here we are for another installment of Friday Favorites!  I’m excited to feature another blogger today!!

Let’s welcome: Ava from Bookishness and Tea!

Describe your blog and/or IG in 3 words.

Diversity, lists, bloggingtips! (Which is totally one word.)

Tell us 3 random facts about you

  1. I can’t sleep with socks on.
  2. I rarely DNF books.
  3. I hate writing reviews with a passion.

What book world would you want to live in?

While I would say the Grisha world, I don’t think I’d last long, so I’m going to say Hogwarts.

Author: Victoria Schwab.

I’ve loved every single book Victoria/V. E. Schwab has written, and I’m sure I’ll love every one she writes in the future.

Book: Six of Crows by Leigh Bardugo.

This is honestly probably my favorite book of all time. It’s magnificent.

Movie/tv show: Skam

Skam is a Norwegian tv show, and no, I do not speak Norwegian, but I still loved it. It has English subtitles! It’s so good! I highly recommend it.

Band: Oh Wonder

This is such an underrated band! I found out about it a few months ago, and am still listening to it on repeat.

Blog: The Book Voyagers

This blog is run by two of my friends, and I love it.

Instagram account: Alittlebookworld

I adore Anna’s account. It’s so bright and colorful, and is honestly an inspiration of mine.

What is your favorite blog post and/or instagram photo from your account? This picture took a million tries to get right, but finally it did, and I love the final product!

Blog post: 60 Diverse Books To Look Forward To In 2017 This post was so much fun to write! I loved researching all these diverse books, and my diverse TBR is so much larger now.

Huge thanks to Ava for signing up and sharing her favorites!! You can find her on her blog, Twitter, Instagram, and Goodreads!

  1. I will be checking out the 2017 diverse books post for sure! I can’t stand socks for sleeping either. Ha ha. I say DNF away, you ever know what great book you could have been reading with that time. :D
